Berlinim is a community of Israelis living in Berlin. The site and the activity around it are run entirely on a volunteer basis by community members.

Berlinim is not a production company, not an event agency, and not a commercial company. Berlinim does not profit from listing events on the site.

Many events shown on the site take place in collaboration with external organizers. Where an event is run by a third party, the organizer's details, the payment recipient, and the party responsible for running the event are stated explicitly on that event's page.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the event page, Berlinim does not receive ticket payments into its own account. Payment is made directly to the party designated as payment recipient.

Full responsibility for organizing an event, its content, receiving payments, cancellations, refunds, and its actual execution rests with the event organizer and/or the party receiving payment for it, as stated on that event's specific page.

Berlinim makes reasonable efforts to present accurate and current information about events published on the site, but cannot guarantee its absolute accuracy, and assumes no liability for damages arising from reliance on such information, except in cases of gross negligence or intent, per applicable German law.

This disclaimer does not release Berlinim from liability entirely; it is intended to clarify the actual division of responsibility between Berlinim and the various event organizers.
