Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Berlinim website and registration for events listed on it.

1. About the platform, Berlinim is a community platform presenting events for the Israeli community in Berlin and enabling registration for them. It is run on a volunteer basis and is not a commercial company.

2. Event registration, Registration requires providing personal details (name, email, phone) and agreeing to these terms, the privacy policy, and consent to storing this data for registration management and entry verification.

3. Payment, For paid events, registration is contingent on full payment per the price shown on the event page. Payment is made via PayPal or the party designated as payment recipient for that event, not necessarily Berlinim itself. See the Disclaimer page for details.

4. Cancellations and refunds, See our Refund Policy.

5. Conduct at events, Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and follow venue rules. Staff may refuse entry to, or remove, an attendee violating these rules, without refund.

6. Limitation of liability, The site and its content are provided "as is." Berlinim makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it is error-free. See the Disclaimer page for the scope of liability.

7. Changes, We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law, These terms are governed by German law.
