Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Default policy, Unless stated otherwise on a specific event page, cancelling a registration up to 48 hours before the event entitles you to a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund, unless the event organizer specifies otherwise.

2. Cancellation by the organizer, If an event is cancelled by Berlinim or the relevant organizer, all paid registrants receive a full refund.

3. German withdrawal-right law, We're aware that consumers in Germany generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases (Fernabsatzrecht), but this right may not apply to services tied to leisure activities performed on a specific date or period (such as a ticket for a fixed-date event), per § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB. If in doubt about a specific event, please contact us before registering.

4. How to request a cancellation, Contact berlinil.group@gmail.com with your order number and event details.

5. Third-party events, For events produced and priced by an external organizer, that organizer's specific refund policy, as stated on the event page, takes precedence over the general policy here.
